"Definitely good, just wish it shipped better"
I ordered a wall decal from RoomMates, and I’m 100% sure I would’ve loved it right away if it hadn’t shown up with a little crease from shipping. It wasn’t the end of the world, but yeah, it was definitely annoying. Their customer service did respond and sent out a replacement quickly, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d absolutely order again, I just really hope they improve the packaging because that would make the whole thing basically perfect.

I was a little nervous it might leave marks or sticky residue on my wall, but it came off really clean. I’ve used a few things like this before that were a hassle to remove, so I was pleasantly surprised. Super happy with how it worked and I’d definitely buy it again.

"Am I the only one who expected better packaging?"
Am I the only one who gets a little nervous when a package shows up looking rough? My order did arrive on time, so no complaints there, but the box was flimsy and one side was already bent when it got to me.
Luckily the item itself was fine, but there really wasn’t much padding inside and it seemed like it had been sliding around the whole trip. For home decor, I just expected a bit more care. Not a total disaster, but definitely could’ve been packaged better

"Clean, cute, and easy to look through"
I don’t remember every single thing I clicked on, but I do remember liking the overall look of roommatesdecor.com. The colors and room photos just felt clean and cute, and it made it easy to picture some of the ideas in my own place. It wasn’t cluttered or annoying to browse, which makes a difference. Just a simple, nice vibe overall

"Went on with basically zero bubbles"
I put it on in maybe 2 minutes, and it went on really smoothly. I’d say there were pretty much no bubbles at all, which was a nice surprise.

"Material feels a lot better than expected"
I ordered this from roommatesdecor.com and I’m happy with it overall. The material feels maybe a little thicker than I was expecting, and it definitely doesn’t come off as cheap or flimsy. The print looks clean too, with no obvious fading or scratches that I noticed. I put it up about a week ago, give or take, and it’s been holding up fine so far. The order itself was straightforward, but the quality is mostly why I’d give it around 5 stars

"Stuck well on my textured wall"
I wasn’t totally sure how well this would work on my slightly bumpy painted wall, but it went on easily and has stayed in place so far. No peeling or lifting yet, so I’m happy with it.

"It stayed on the wall like it was..."
It stayed on the wall like it was supposed to, which I appreciate. The corners did lift a little after a while, so it’s not perfect, but it still did a decent job. I think it’s only fair to mention both sides, it works, just could stick a bit better around the edges.

"Easy enough to use, mostly"
The site was easy to get around. I found what I needed fast, the pages loaded fine, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. Only thing is the filters could definitely be better, I kinda blame those for making me scroll more than I wanted to.

"Fast delivery, but check the box when it arrives"
My order showed up quicker than I expected, in about 3 days. The tracking updated well, so I wasn’t left guessing. Just a heads up though, the box did have a small dent when it arrived, so I’d definitely recommend checking your items right away. Luckily, everything inside was fine for me, and overall I’m happy with the shipping

"Colors matched the photos"
I ordered two prints, and the colors looked pretty much the same as they did online. No weird overly bright or dull look, which is all you’d expect. I’m happy with how they turned out

I ordered a wall decal from RoomMates and it ended up being easier to install than I thought. Once I figured out the pattern of smoothing it slowly from one side to the other, it went smoothly. I did have to peel it back once to fix a bubble, but it still stuck just fine after that. Took me about 20 minutes total. The instructions were clear enough, though I do wish the backing paper was a little less awkward to handle. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Measurements were off and the policy didn’t help"
I ordered this expecting it to fit my wall based on the listed measurements, but it was off enough that it just didn’t look right. What made it more frustrating is that the return policy seems to have these little loopholes, so even though the sizing felt inaccurate, it still didn’t really work in my favor. Annoying experience overall...

"Promo code didn’t go through"
I tried using the discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t work. I double-checked that I entered it correctly, so it was frustrating. If a promo is being offered, it should apply without making the customer jump through hoops.

"Lots of styles, took me a while to pick one"
I was actually surprised by how many designs they had on RoomMates. I was browsing it one evening with a cup of coffee that I definitely made too late, and there were enough different styles that it didn’t feel like I was seeing the same thing over and over. Took me a bit to finally decide on one because I kept changing my mind. I’m giving it 4 stars since a few of the categories could be easier to browse, but overall I liked the selection.
